Lee Harrington PGA Professional

Limerick Golf Club has a fully stocked Pro-Shop and it is run by PGA Head Professional Lee Harrington. Lee is only the third full-time professional at the club, having succeeded John Cassidy and Willie Daly respectively, a lineage stretching back to 1930. Lee began as an apprentice at Limerick in 1992 before taking over as Head Professional in 2000. As well as being a respected player, Lee had caddied for both Tiger Woods and Ernie Els at the JP McManus Invitational Pro-Ams.

Lee is assisted by Mark Higgins who is a PGA Assistant Professional. Mark has also studied Golf Management in England and is currently in his second year of training,

Tim Rice has recently taken up a coaching role with the club and is available for lessons by appointment. Tim has an extensive golfing CV and has won numerous amateur and professional titles, including the 2017 Irish PGA Championship.

The shop runs the repair service for Powakaddy in the mid-west region.

The shop is open from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, and from 07:30 at the weekends. Opening times may fluctuate according to competition demands.
